The TRIAD consortium combines universities, a research institute, a consultancy, a school and two vocational education and training (VET) providers. Together the partners cover what is needed to develop, test and scale a framework for competences and well-being with AI in education: research on learning and cognition, artificial intelligence and data, teaching practice, and work with schools and society.

The universities bring the research base, from cognitive science and neuroscience to learning analytics and co-creation methods. The school and the two VET providers make sure the scenarios are designed and tested in real classrooms and workshops, with adolescents who are preparing for the labour market. Each partner leads the part of the work closest to its strengths.

Where TRIAD works

The classroom pilots run in six countries. The scenarios are first tried out in Croatia, Germany and Greece, and then tested in Lithuania, Germany, Croatia, Finland, Italy and Greece. Partners are based in seven countries; the dots mark their home cities.
