TRIAD presented at the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 Coordinators' Day
In Brussels, the coordinating team introduced TRIAD to the other new Cluster 2 projects and invited them to work together.
The coordinating team from Rheinland-Pfälzische Technische Universität Kaiserslautern-Landau (RPTU) presented TRIAD at the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 Coordinators' Day, held by the European Research Executive Agency (REA) in Brussels on 14 and 15 September 2026.
TRIAD was pitched on the first day, in a session with other new projects on education. Among them were GenAI and THRIVE, which are funded under the same call topic as TRIAD, on the impact of the learning environment and digital tools on key skills and competence development.
The pitch summed TRIAD up as "balance, not substitution": strengthening foundational and transversal competences while building AI competences, with well-being and inclusion built in. The team invited projects working on AI, competences, adolescent well-being or vocational education and training to find one concrete point of collaboration, rather than run in parallel.
The two days also covered the policy context for the projects, presented by several Directorates-General of the European Commission, and guidance from REA on project implementation, communication, open science and ethics.
